Paper 1 Biology (1B & 1BR) – May 2025
Paper 1 focuses on core Biology topics such as cell biology, enzymes, movement of substances, plant structure, and basic human biology. Some exam centres sit the R variant (1BR), which is a parallel paper covering the same specification.

Paper 2 Biology (2B & 2BR) – June 2025
Paper 2 assesses the later Biology content and places more emphasis on applying knowledge in unfamiliar contexts. As with Paper 1, some centres use the R variant (2BR).
