Paper 1: Physical Geography (01 & 01R) – May 2025
Paper 1: Physical Geography focuses on the natural world and physical processes. It tests how well you can understand, explain, and apply geographical knowledge using maps, figures, and data from a Resource Booklet.

If you’re unsure whether your centre used 01 or 01R, revising with both is excellent preparation.
Paper 2: Human Geography (02 & 02R) – June 2025
Paper 2: Human Geography focuses on how people interact with the world around them. It requires more extended answers and careful use of case studies and evidence. As with Paper 1, some centres sat the R variant (02R).
